Season Pick'em is a fantasy football pick'em platform that allows users to:

• Create accounts and participate in season-long pick'em competitions
• Make picks for NFL games throughout the season
• View leaderboards and track their performance
• Participate in competitions with entry fees and prizes

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Competition Rules

By participating in our competitions, you agree to:

• Make picks before the deadline for each game
• Not use automated systems or bots to make picks
• Not collude with other participants
• Accept that all picks are final once submitted
• Follow fair play guidelines

Important: Picks are locked after the first regular-season game begins. No changes are allowed after this point.

5. Payment and Prizes

For paid competitions:

• Entry fees are non-refundable once the competition begins
• Prizes are awarded based on final standings
• We reserve the right to modify prize structures with notice
• All prizes are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate or offensive content
• Use automated tools to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Season Pick'em and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Season Pick'em be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
